Our office is located on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight and covers the idyllic villages of Bembridge, St. Helens, Seaview, Brading and the surrounding areas.
Bembridge village thrives all year round and is a popular choice for both full time residents and those looking for second homes. The village has a full range of shops to include a bakery, butchers, farm shop and fishmongers, as well as supermarkets, interior shops, florist, beauticians and hairdressers. Restaurants, pubs and cafes are a highlight of the village and can be found in the centre and along the varied beaches that surround the village.
A sheltered harbour with sailing facilities and easy access to the Solent and its approaches connects the villages of Bembridge and St. Helens. The harbour and the RSPB land behind attracts a great many visitors each year.
St. Helens is a traditional English village centered around a large village green and benefiting from a Marina and the National Trust Land of the Duver, which leads to a sandy beach with seawall promenade, beach huts and a popular café.
Seaview is a village full of character and is enjoyed for its beaches, including Seagrove Bay and the beautiful white sandy Priory Bay beach, as well as excellent sailing facilities and annual week long regatta in the summer.
Brading is slightly more inland and has an elevated position with views of the sea over the RSPB land of Brading Marshes towards Bembridge in one direction and Yaverland Bay in the other. This popular area is surrounded by picturesque countryside and has excellent train links to Ryde with mainland ferry connections and the towns of Sandown and Shanklin.
